The drawing is my artistical media. It is about drawing, about interventions on the paper and settings of wall and space. Openness and lightness of the shown things is important for me. In my drawings and story telling installations I use stories and images out of the common memory, to create a controlled chain of associations. The installations are drawings in a bigger scale, too.

4 Paintings + 1 Sculpture
Simon Lindhardt(b.1982) is a visual artist, whose work include both painting, works on paper and sculpture. His abstract paintings deal with impossible forms and system making in the tradition of a wide range of painterly expressions of artists such as Oscar Reutersvärd, René Magritte and Joseph Albers.
Simon studied at the Funen Art Academy in Denmark, and has lived and worked in Berlin since 2007. His work has been exhibited both solo and in group shows at different venues such as Studio 2o46 and Spor Klübü (Berlin, Germany), Møstings Hus and Koh-i-noor (Copenhagen, Denmark), Ystad Konstmuseum and Malmö Konsthall (Sweden). In 2011 and 2012 Simon Lindhardt was awarded with working grants from the Danish Arts Council.
